Steeping It Right

Put 2.5 gm leaves in an empty cup
We recommend to add the right quantity of leaves to get the right and full flavour of your tea

Pour 200 ml water at 90-95 ºC
Heat up some fresh water instead of re-heating to maximise oxygen content and enhance taste

Let it steep for 5 minutes
Vary steeping time as per your taste preference to lighten or strengthen your tea

Strain and serve. Add Milk & Sugar as desired
Most of our teas can be re-steeped for a second serving. Just make sure for atleast 3-5 minutes extra
