Steeping It Right

• 

  Put 2 gm leaves in an empty cup

  We recommend to add the right quantity of leaves to get the the right and full flavour of your tea

• 

  Pour 100 ml water at 80-90°C

  Heat up some fresh water instead of re-heating to maximise oxygen content and enhance taste

• 

  Let it steep for 5-7 minutes

  Vary steeping time as per your taste preference to lighten or strengthen your tea

• 

  Strain and serve, add 50ml chilled water & few ice cubes

  Most of our teas can be re-steeped for a second serving. Just make sure to steep for atleast 10 minutes
